You took a punt and stuck your neck out for me. You and Tiger were the only two places that I wanted to emulate when I started the Bluey studio.
You were the first example of a warm, family feeling in a studio, as opposed to an egocentric, masochistic setup. I had a ball working at Triffic and learnt a lot from you and the whole team there. You can be sure that’s the vibe we’ve created at Bluey, I’m sure that it comes through in the show, so please take a share in any success it has.
Joe Brumm. Creator of ‘Bluey’.

Peter Baynham. Comedy writer.
Tim knows when to push, when to hold back and when to let everyone get on with what they are doing and support them in any way he can.
I have absolutely no reservation in recommending my friend and colleague, Tim Searle, to anyone who has the wisdom to bring him into their team.
